Navigating the Voynich Manuscript with the 3 Treasures of Daoism

This post is to establish a starting point for testing the Shentegrity Framework I designed to render Wu-Wei visible. Wu-Wei is the concept of effortless action, and it takes a shit ton of labor to set up.

I will pepper my lived experience into this as we go, becuase ultimately the Voynich is a Rorschach meme. It has no known origin, and carbon dating only places it WHEN - not WHERE.

And here are some guiding principles with the Chinese treasure first, and my variation next.

Non-Identity The Tao that can be Named is Not the Dao

Theador Adorno wrote Negative Dialectics in response to World War II. I went to Carnegie Mellon University for Grad School based on the work of “My Secret Boyfriend” Douglass Hofstaadter, but it is Adorno who anchors this project.

Thankfully, Hofstadter, already won a Pulitzer Prize for Non-Identity. the Godel thread in GEB is based on Godel’s Incompleteness Theorem.

QI - Shentegrity (wu-wei)

First, Make it Real = First Person Lived Experience

This is the principle of Construction. Specifically, it is to do with creating models, generating one’s own work, and contemplation as a lived experience. Shentegrity is the Framework of Everything, based on my lived experience. It is aligned to Homeorhesis and Kinematic Design.

Above All Else, Render the Bias = 3 Body Problem

This is where we will be exploring the Cinnabar Field of the Voynich Manuscript. Much of this needs to be experienced optically due to the nature of machines. I have already architected the framework for the library - as employee 33 at Yahoo!. I was also among the world’s first humans to design interfaces from both the front- and back- ends. Edward Tufte trained me.

The image you see here is a functional rendering of my personal corpus callosum. Above it are the Hun and Po - Entities that govern Wood and Metal. In the center is the Shentegrity concept as a shadow - note that only one of the structures has integrity on its own.

The way CMY works in this model, is I’m using it to render the three treasures visible. Shen is rendered as Cyan. Qi is rendered as Magenta, and Jing is rendered as Yellow.

This is material, becuase these treasures are not rendered visibly in the literature - anywhere.

As a factor of ‘providing evidence’ of my lived experience of the Golden Elixir, this is the best I can do without a field to measure.

Thankfully, the Voynich has a Field. Its central map of rosettes is a grid of 9. So is my model!
